spaghetti vegetables and beef

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups beef stock
  • 250 g egg noodles
  • 2 small jamaica pepper
  • 250 g beef
  • 2 yellow peppers
  • 1 small size onion
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Boil the egg noodles for 5-7 mins.
  2. Drain the water from the egg noodles.
  3. In a frying pan, add 2 tablespoon of G/oil.
  4. Fry the beef and vegetables (green pepper, yellow pepper and red pepper with onions, garlic and ginger).
  5. add beef stock and cook for 5 mins.
  6. add the drained egg noodles.
