      I really enjoy lentils and i am glad to see new ways to enjoy them. I make Spätzle a lot but these were great, i never had them gluten free so this was really nice. Made for ZWT6

      This was a bit more work than I normally put into a noodle recipe, but will admit that I enjoyed doing it & realizing that ancestors not so far back were doing this kind of thing for long periods of time in preparation for meals! Makes one appreciate some of the modern things available in the kitchen! Anyway, this was made & served to 4 hungry people who managed to devour most of it at one meal, a wonderful comfort kind of meal! Thanks for sharing it! [Made & reviewed while in Germany with the ZWT6]
