Protein Packed and Vitamin Rich Salmon Baked to Perfection!

  1. Flake salmon, drain and cube tofu. Chop all vegetables into bite-size cubes or slices. Steam sweet potato and celery until tender. Boil one cup water and rehydrate TVP granuales. Heat the milk until just boiling and add the oatmeal. Heat oats 1 minute longer in microwave and let cool slightly then beat in eggs and thoroughly combine with salmon mixture. Add all spices minus the paprika. Spoon into prepared nonstick pan and spinkle with paprika. Bake in a 350 degree oven for one hour. Serve hot with a side of your favorite vegetable not included in this recipe to even further maximize nutritional content. Enjoy!
