I tried this with a regular whole-wheat pie crust, doubled the recipe and baked it in a 9x13 pan for 10 extra minutes. It was very tasty and filling when I had it for lunch today. It kept me satisfied all afternoon. The woman who sits next to me at work even asked for the recipe.
