Great for BBQ fish,pork, veal,ham or smoked sausages. If you are using the marinade on smoked sausage or ham you may use it warm but on anything else let it cool first. Marinade for at least 2 hours
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄4 cup soya sauce
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 4 cloves
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
- Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan and gently heat until simmering and the flavors are blended.
- Cool before using as a marinade.
