  1. Mix oil and sugar together.
  2. Add eggs and honey and beat well.
  3. Add flours, nuts and vanilla.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
  6. Flatten with floured fork.
  7. Bake at 350 F for 10-15 minutes until light brown.
  8. Watch carefully.
