Yummy! The wasabi was more subtle than expected. I tripled the marinade. I used 1/3 for the skewers and the rest I thickened with cornstarch to make a sauce for the veggies and rice I made (edamame, carrots, snow peas, water chestnuts). Thank you - very good! :)

Absolutely delightful! I will defintely be making this again. I made it exactly as directed. The best part is that it is guilt-free!

Excellent flavor! Made as posted with the exception of using wasabi paste cuz didn't have powder. Not sure if this made a difference or not but sure was tasty. Has a real nice bite to it. It's also low in points. I cut it in half just two of us and served it with rice pilaf. This is a make again recipe. DH really gave it two thumbs up. Thanks Rhinannon Deux for posting.
