Directions

  1. This is a quick delicious recipe and a great way to sneak soy into the diet of someone who needs it but hates to take it.
  2. Blend all the ingredients in a blender.

A tofu recipe the kids gulped down! I had to put some rice milk in it just so there was enough to go around, and used an extra banana. I also used semi-frozen tofu for a nice cold hit for this hot summer day. Such an easy recipe too, thanks heaps!!
