This is very good! I actually ended up marinating for 2 days because I was not able to cook the meat on the day I wanted. It was tender and flavorable. Thought I had freah ginger in the freezer but I was out so I used the powdered stuff. Can't wait to try with the fresh ginger!

  1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, vinegar, scallions, garlic and ginger.
  2. Place steak in a glass baking dish and pour marinade over.
  3. Cover and marinate, turning occasionally 1-2 hours at room temperature or up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
  4. Prepare a hot grill. Remove steak from marinade.
  5. Grill 10-12 minutes.
  6. Let rest 5 minutes before carving.
