      MAde this up the other night. It was excellent. Just enough flavor. Forgot to pick up Sherry at when at store so substituted apple juice for it, worked great. The glaze didnt work right but that was probably from no alcohol in the juice, but still tasted amazing!!! Easily mixed as well.
