From The Complete Book of Bread Machine Baking (1994).
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons canola oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3⁄4 cup firm tofu
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄3 cup soy flour
- 2⁄3 cup whole wheat flour
- 2⁄3 cup unbleached flour
- 1 tablespoon whey powder (I don't use)
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- Place ingredients in machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
- Set machine to Basic Wheat Cycle, Light Setting - or equivalent.
