These pork chops are a hit with both adults and children. They are really quick and easy to make.
- 4 pork chops
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1⁄4 cup chopped onion
- 1 (1 ounce) package onion soup mix
- 2 tablespoons beef gravy
- Fill a large skillet 1/4-inch high with water.
- Add soy sauce, pepper, garlic salt, onion, gravy and soup mix to skillet. Allow to simmer on high 5 to 8 minutes.
- Add pork chops; decrease to medium heat. Cook until brown, about 12 minutes on each side.
These pork chops are great! The gravy is wonderful! My picky kids even liked them. The only thing I did differently was use low sodium soy sauce and I went ahead and used the whole jar of gravy just to make it thicker.
These pork chops were great! My whole family loved them and want me to make them again--that's a great compliment!
