This was so good!!! I made it exactly as the recipe dictates and it was great. I did add some cilantro along with the sour cream which really added something. My 18 month old even enjoyed it- so you know it must be good.

Thanks for such a simple and delicious recipe! Cooked it last night for the family and everyone had double helpings! This one will definitely be made again--and soon! The only thing I changed in the recipe was to add a liberal amount of fresh minced garlic and I also topped some of the stuffed peppers with grated Swiss cheese. Thanks again!

Very, very good. I never thought about cutting the peppers in half. Really speeds things up and peppers were thoroughly cooked. This is an easy tasty dish.

Very, very good! I used my own cumin/chile pepper/smoked paprika in place of the taco seasoning because I can't eat the MSG they put in there. I also used brown rice. Delicious! Thanks for a wonderful recipe!

WOW I made these last night and they were awesome! Easy prep, they turned out perfect and I followed the recipe as is. The cost for everything was only $33 (to feed 4 adults) and that included a side salad. YAAAY I will make these again for sure!

WOW!! All 4 of my kids LOVED this recipe...we crushed some tositos over the top along w/ the sour cream and some black olives...absolutely delicious!!! Thanks for posting the recipe!!
