These were pretty good and very appealing to the eye but I realized I'm just not a big fan of bell peppers. However, if you are, this is a great dish for you to try.
This was so good!!! I made it exactly as the recipe dictates and it was great. I did add some cilantro along with the sour cream which really added something. My 18 month old even enjoyed it- so you know it must be good.
Excellent, I have froze a buch of peppers for just this recipe. thanks
Thanks for such a simple and delicious recipe! Cooked it last night for the family and everyone had double helpings! This one will definitely be made again--and soon! The only thing I changed in the recipe was to add a liberal amount of fresh minced garlic and I also topped some of the stuffed peppers with grated Swiss cheese. Thanks again!
This was delicious! I used barley instead of rice and it was AWESOME! I will definitely make this again.
These were very tasty and easy to prepare. I will be making my stuffed peppers this way from now on. thank you for posting.
Very, very good. I never thought about cutting the peppers in half. Really speeds things up and peppers were thoroughly cooked. This is an easy tasty dish.
Very, very good! I used my own cumin/chile pepper/smoked paprika in place of the taco seasoning because I can't eat the MSG they put in there. I also used brown rice. Delicious! Thanks for a wonderful recipe!
WOW I made these last night and they were awesome! Easy prep, they turned out perfect and I followed the recipe as is. The cost for everything was only $33 (to feed 4 adults) and that included a side salad. YAAAY I will make these again for sure!
These turned out great! I doubled the recipe with no problem and used brown rice.
