      Made a version of this last night for supper and enjoyed it very much. We didn't have the cabbage or spinach (were using up a 5 POUND!!! bag of lettuce from a concession stand fund-raiser!), and had used up all the chili powder making the fund-raiser taco meat, but forged ahead anyway. This was very bad for not having enough shrimp on hand. I stir-fried the shrimp with some minced garlic which made all of us SWOON! It was so good!!! The dressing was delish. I put all the salad fixin's in my big Tupperware serving center, and let each person add their own. That worked well, and made clean up a cinch, too. Good recipe!
