Spicy and yummy!
- 8 small red potatoes, cut in half
- 3 lbs boneless beef roast, trimmed of fat
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 1 (16 ounce) jar thick & chunky salsa
- Place potatoes in slow cooker. Coat beef with flour; place on potatoes. Arrange carrots around beef. Pour salsa over all. Cook on low 8-10 hours
- Pull beef apart with forks into servings pieces. Spoon sauce over beef and vegetables.
