  • 1 (12 ounce) bag wacky mac pasta
  • 1 (15 ounce) can minestrone soup (i used campbell's)
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag Morningstar Farms Meal Starters Grillers recipe crumbles
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans (with liquid)
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning mix (chipotle)
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese

directions

  • cook pasta according to package directions. drain and put back in pot.
  • add the soup, crumble, black beans, taco seasoning, corn, and 1 1/2 cups of the cheese. stir to combine.
  • heat over medium heat until warmed throughout (approximately 15 minutes).
  • sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and cover until cheese is melted and serve.
