  1. cook pasta al dente.
  2. slice onions.
  3. mince cilantro.
  4. saute onions & garlic in oil till tender.
  5. add all ingredients except pasta, bring to boil,reduce heat and simmer about 30 mins till thickened.
  6. Put pasta on plate and top with sauce.
