This recipe was easy to make. Spicy--which is how we like it. The taste is wonderful. We had it with steamed rice, which complemented this dish very nicely.

So very good and easy and if that's not enough, diet friendly. You can play with the chili to taste.

Absolutely delicious!!! My husband actually requests this one and we put it in whole wheat or regular tortillas with sour cream. Very easy to make.

This was really yummy, and super-easy. The green peppers tasted a bit raw, but I did cut them rather thick and would make sure to cut them thinner next time. I usually don't find chili powder very hot, except in huge quantities, but it gave this dish a surprising kick - just enough. Did I mention fast? Twenty minutes tops; probably more like 10!

Lots of flavor in this one! I added juliened zucchini with the peppers and onion. Very easy recipe, and very good! A keeper!

This will definitely make it into our regular rotation as it is fast and tastes great. I cooked it a bit longer than specified because we like our veggies soft but other than that the only change I made was to add black beans and serve it over brown rice. Everyone loved it... even the baby...

This was a quick and simple recipe! Very tasty...even the pickiest eater cleaned his plate! The only thing I did different was I used homemade salsa instead of storebought, and I used red bell pepper instead of green. We sprinkled a little cheddar on top and served with corn tortillas! Great recipe! Thanks for posting!!!

This was DELICIOUS! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it!!! I might go a little easier on the chili powder next time, but I will definitely make this again!

A quick easy meal that was very tasty. I had a couple cans of cooked chicken that really need to be used, so I substituted them. Also, I used a red pepper instead of the green pepper. I might up the vegetables next time with the addition of diced tomatoes. Thanks for sharing!

This was awesome 5 stars all the way!!! hubby loved it also, only thing i did different was to add some black beans and rice to the mixture and had inside corn tortillas. This recipe will replace my usual fajita recipe and im already thinking about several other ideas!!! thanks for the recipe!!

This is an excellent recipe. I like it because you can increase the size of the batch, split it and freeze it pretty easily and use it for different dishes. The first time we had it we put it into tortillas and ate kind of like tacos. You could also put in a tortilla, fill a pan full of burritos and put some cheese on top. One other way I was thinking was just plain with some cooked rice mixed in.

This was very quick and easy. Tasted great... I added a little extra salsa and used one can of corn. This will be a "go to" meal for us in the future. Thanks.

This was really good! I made it while doing WW's Core program. I have to say, it was so much better the next day once the flavors settled in together. I will make this again, but I think I will just eat it the next day with my corn tortillas!
