- 113.39 g jicama, peeled and thinly sliced
- 85.04 g red bell peppers, roasted and sliced
- 85.04 g yellow bell peppers, roasted and sliced
- 14.79 ml fresh basil, chopped
- 29.58 ml Italian salad dressing
directions
- Combine all ingredients with the salad dressing and mix well.
- Looks lovely served in a wedge of the Canteloupe shell!
- Note: the prep time does not include roasting the peppers.
