A tangy all purpose recipe that can serve as a dip for chips or veggies, a sauce for baked potatoes or a dressing for salads.
- 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin
- 1⁄2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried cilantro
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a plastic container with lid.
- Adjust seasonings to personal taste.
- Serve with your favorite dippers or on a salad.
