  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix salsa and sour cream.
  3. Reserve half of the salsa mixture.
  4. Mix the remaining salsa mixture, half of the bell pepper and the chicken.
  5. Place 2 tortilla on ungreased cookie sheet and spread with chicken mixture.
  6. Spread 2 tortillas with Guacamole.
  7. Top each stack with remaining salsa, a tortilla, bell pepper and cheese.
  8. Bake about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and filling is hot.
  9. Cut each stack into 8 wedges.
