      This is really tasty and looks so pretty coming out of the oven. I only thing I didn't add was the cilantro as I am not a big fan. My husband practically inhaled his dinner so that's a sign that I will have to make it again. I have enough left over for two more dinners!

      Yummy, Parsley!!! Cut this in 1/4 and still had enough for 2 and leftovers. Lovely blend of flavors and the leftovers will make wonderful wraps. THANKS!

      I think this is a great alternative for tortellini! Really enjoyable. I made as directed and will probably do it again. Thanks for sharing.
