This was easy and a big hit at our house. My husband kept commenting on how good it was and my two year old ate a whole tilapia fillet by himself. I had to cook mine about 25 min. but I think my fillets were still slightly frozen.

This recipe was 5*'s all the way!!!! from the ease of preparing. To make clean up even easier I mixed all coating mix in a plastic zipper bag, coated the fish one piece at a time.I forgot to spray the top of the fish before adding the remaining coating mix,but it still turned out very well.As for sides I served Creamy Cauliflower Casserole With Bacon and Cheddar along with peas & carrots. This will be made again,Thank you so much for posting."Keep Smiling:)"

I also felt something was missing in this recipe. Maybe some garlic or spice? It was okay on tilapia but tasted a lot better on pork cutlets. I seasoned the pork cutlets with Adobo seasoning before putting in the cornmeal/parm mixture, so that may have had something to do with it.

It was really easy. It was O.K. and has possibilities. It needed more flavor. As others suggested, I would add more salt than was implied, (maybe garlic salt), something spicy like cajun seasoning or cayenne and maybe run the parmesan through the food processor to get more flavor in the dish. Mixing in some dried parsley would improve the appearance.

I love the ease of this recipe next to Yummy Crispy Baked Fish I find this is just great. Will always remain in my cookbook for future use and will be used over and over again. I did add some garlic to it and dad did say it was a little bland so next time I will add a little more garlic.

Very good, nice and crunchy!!, really easy to put together and quick too. I used Basa fillets, worked very well. The paprika and parmesan cheese were good together. Will be making it again, thanks for posting.

I dislike fish in general, but this was excellent! To me it has the flavor of Long John Silver's fish (which isn't fishy) but without all the grease. Delicious and easy!

These were good but did not properly crisp for me. I doubled the paprika for some extra flavor.

Barb: Very good! I omitted the Paprika-was out. Oooops. Didn't change the flavor. Great tilapia dipped in Hey Jude's homemade tartar sauce #65769. Can't wait to make again ...and with the Paprika. LOL
