    Sam #3's Note:

Got this from my Canadian parenting board. How much bite it has depends on the heat of the salsa used.

Surprisingly simple and tasty, good with seasoned ground turkey too.

Bravo for a quick, easy recipe. I used vegetarian crumbles meat substitute instead of hamburger. Everything else the same. Not a fancy dinner, but reliable, tasty and comfy. Might try some light sour cream next time instead of fat free. Thank you for posting.

Great simple recipe. I did use 3 1/2 cups of water in total. I used light sour cream and added in 2/3 c. frozen corn, it was great!
