This is really good! It feels like something from the time of the Alamo! Serve over rice.

  1. In medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef and chili powder until browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat.
  2. Add soup, water, beans, and tomatoes. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Top with cheese and chips. Serve over or next to rice.
