Southwest Cowpoke Chili

"The Funniest Chili recipe! This came from a recipe book my company published at Christmas time. All of us turned in recipes. They printed out a cookbook to be sold. And the money went to charity."

• Ingredients: 9
• Yields: 8 bowls
• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 6 jalapenos, chopped
• 2 large onions, chopped
• 1 garlic clove, chopped
• 226.79 g can tomato sauce
• salt and pepper
• 907.18 g lean ground beef
• 4.92 ml cumin seed
• 4.92 ml oregano
• 59.14 ml cold water

• 96 bottles cold beer

• 2 large roadrunners

directions

1. Saute jalapenos, beef, onion, garlic until meat loses its red color.
2. Add remaining ingredients and water.
3. Bring to boiling reduce heat, and simmer, covered utill you`ve finished a case of beer.
4. Prepare Roadrunners, let chili cool and feed to the roadrunners.
5. Lean back, take it easy and enjoy the rest of the beer!
