Couldn't find popcorn chicken, so used chicken fingers/strips. Two per wrap. Mixed the ranch and salsa/picante together. Turned out mildly spicy, very good. We will do this again.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 16 pieces frozen popcorn chicken
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons picante sauce
  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 14 cup shredded lettuce
  • 14 cup chopped tomato
  • 14 cup Mexican blend cheese, shredded


  1. Prepare chicken as directed on package.
  2. Meanwhile, spread 1 tbs each ranch and picante over each tortilla. Place chicken down center of each tortilla, layer with lettuce, tomato and cheese.
  3. Roll up tortillas.
