Southwest Chicken Enchilada Dip

"I adapted several recipes to come to this one. I made it for a recent get together and everyone enjoyed it. You can use canned chicken in a pinch. Add the whole can of jalepenos if you like it spicy."

  • Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl until well blended.
  • Transfer the mixture to a lightly greased/sprayed baking dish.
  • Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
