  1. Add beans to a saucepan; add enough water to cover; add in the vinegar; soak overnight.
  2. Drain and rinse beans.
  3. Add beans and remaining ingredients to a slow cooker; stir to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours.
  5. Stir, then continue cooking on LOW for 3-4 more hours or until the beans are tender.

Good spicy beans and the beer adds a different flavour. It took much longer even on the high setting and next time I'll cut the chipotle and adobo in half, due to kids, lol. Nice not to have a ton of ketchup and sugar in a bean recipe Thanks NurseDi, I'll be making this one again.
