Southern Penne Pasta With Chicken

"This recipe is from a local grocery store. A little cajun kick to your everyday chicken alfredo. I did research and made sure there was not a typo. The original recipe does call for 2T of Cajun seasoning but please season to your own taste. Thanks for the reviews."

 1. This is really good. There must be a mistake though with the seasonings. This will NOT be eddible if you use 2 tbsp of cajun seasoning. I used about a tsp of cajun and half a tsp of black pepper and cayenne pepper. If you need to adjust...fine, but I highly suggest starting there, or you will KILL your family.

 2. i love it

 3. This dish was very tasty and my whole family enjoyed the slight departure from your average chicken-and-pasta dish.

WARNING: the amount of spice called for in the ingredients is almost certainly wrong. I suspect it should read "2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning" instead of "2 tablespoons". Like another reviewer mentioned, if you prepare it as written, "you will KILL your family." I agree! Just cooking it with the amount of spice I used was enough to necessitate opening all the windows; it was reminiscent of the time someone sprayed a little pepper spray in our front yard.

 4. A truely tasty pasta dish. My Cajun Seasoning was rather spicy so I skipped on the cayenne pepper and I replaced the green pepper with yellow. I added the parmesan in step 10 not step 7 and garnished with a some spring onion tops aned more parmean....yum!
