One of my Grandmothers many hand written recipes I inherited from her and compiled to a cookbook for the family.
- Beat egg whites and salt until foamy. Gradually add sugar and continue beating until stiff but not dry. Beat yolks until thick, fold into whites. Gently fold in pecans.
- Bake in tube ban at 350º for 50 minutes.
