This is a standing Southern recipe in our home. I've also had it served to me countless times at other homes in the Southern US.
- 1 (14 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 (14 ounce) can corn
- 1 (8 ounce) box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1⁄2 cup melted butter
- 8 ounces sour cream
- Mix and bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
Great corn pudding! It was different from a lot of the other corn puddings. It was very moist. Thanks for posting this recipe.
This was a hit. However, since I put it in a deep casserole dish (all the shallow ones had been used for other dishes), it took about an hour to cook. Very flavorful and DH loved it.
I make this exact recipe recipe every thanksgiving or for bbqs. It is sooo good!!!!!!
