Another great dip recipe. Especially good on beer-batter fried veggies. From Southern Living.
- 3⁄4 cup buttermilk
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons green onions, minced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- seasoning salt
- Whisk together the first 6 ingredients.
- Garnish, if desired with additional seasoned salt.
- Store in airtight container, in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
