___I made these today and they were AWESOME! What a smoke ring!
___I used my own cajun seasoning for the rub, and Franks' sassy sister Crystal for the marinade.
___I think the apple cider really added a lot and also kept them from drying out. Two hours in I started spraying every half hour, then every fifteen minutes as directed.
___Thanks TCSmooth for a contest winning smoking method! I'm new to the smoker and this recipe really helped me on my way!

Southern Indiana Smokehouse BBQ'd Ribs
