  • Rince chicken in cold water. Sprinkle each piece with Mrs. Dash.
  • Place flour in a dish or bag, dip or shake to coat.
  • Place chicken in a non-stick skillet sprayed with vegetable oil spray.
  • Place over medium heat. Add 2-3 Tbsp water and cover. Cook until brown on 1 side. Turn and cook until browned on other side. Add small amount of water from time to time if needed.

  1. Had trouble keeping the flour on chicken but was still good. I made some gravy from the flour that came off the chicken. It worked out nicely all I had to do is add a crushed chicken bouillon cube and some milk (i used whipping cream) and I added black pepper. Added the chicken back in and simmered for another few minutes. THanks for sharing!
