We knew this would be right when the breading held up beautifully in the frying pan. We followed directions exactly, including Bertoli's sauce, except that we did add a slice of Provolone to some of the pieces out of respect for how someone else did it... with or without, wonderful. Fantastic chicken dish! The chicken cooked up tender and juicy with the perfect amount of sauce and cheese. The italian dressing mix was a quick and easy way to spice up the breading. A tasty quick-fix chicken dish that I will make often!
