  1. Combine apples, jicama, and onions.
  2. For dressing whisk o.j, lime juice, vinegar and brown sugar untill sugar dissolves.
  3. Pour dressing over apple mixture; toss to coat.
  4. Add mint, toss to mix. Serve in lettuce lined bowl and garnish with fresh mint leaves and lemon and lime slices if desired.
