      Spray grill rack with cooking spray, heat to 380°F.

      season fish fillets with 1 tsp onion powder, thyme, salt and pepper.

      cook fillets on grill, 4 mins per side; fish will flake easily with a fork when done.

      Sweet potatoes and bell peppers:.

      Cut sweet potatoes however you like to serve them (I suggest wedges), mix with bell peppers, toss 1 tbsp oil to coat, season with garlic salt, onion powder, salt and pepper.

      Pour seasoned sweet potatoes and bell peppers into a foil pan or foil, place on grill and cook for 30 mins, or until tender. Make sure to stir while cooking.

      Serve fish with chips, enjoy!
