Wow was this good Caroline. I really enjoyed all the flavors in this tasty coffee. I made the coffee in my drip machine. It worked great. Loved the addition of the vanilla, chocolate and spices with the strong coffee and whipped cream. Thanks for sharing this tasty treat.

This is delicious! I also made it in my drip machine and it comes out wonderful. I added a dash of milk into my cup, instead of the whipped cream. I also forgot the vanilla, though next time i'll add it in

Nice and rich with a good balance of flavors. I made a half-batch in a 4 cup drip pot and it came out very nice with no awkwardness about straining out the grounds.

I haven't tried this yet, but I will very soon! I was just looking at the directions and thinking that if one had a French press, it would make the steeping and serving steps quite easy. Just pour the water and spice blend over the coffee in the press, let it steep, press and serve. Being a somewhat crafty gal, I made a tea cosy for my French press to keep the contents at hot as possible.

How could this be anything except wonderful? Used bittersweet chocolate here and the combo of flavors is not to be missed. If you enjoy flavored coffee's you must try this. Made for Comfort Cafe, Jan 09

Mmmm, so good! I halved the recipe for 2 small cups of coffee. I used dark chocolate chips. Thank you Caroline!

I am quite used to blending a heavy chocolate taste with some coffee. They are complementary flavors I enjoy. The cloves and cinnamon, along with the dessert=like vanilla flavor, make an outstanding coffee drink.
