  1. I did not care for this at all. I had high hopes because I love shrimp and cilantro. Don't know what it was exactly, but I won't make it again.

  2. Full of flavor and fast/easy to make. Won first place in our office soup contest.

  3. I am not sure what happened. I didn't have any broth and the flavor is definitely missing something.

  4. I made this soup all the time and it is a family favorite. I do add more broth with added chicken bouillon cubes. I also prefer more lime zest, cilantro and ginger. I just love this soup!

  5. I really enjoyed this soup as it tastes just like a soft spring roll from any Thai restaurant. Even my hubby, who initially thought it wouldn't be so good, ate 2 bowls of it! I followed the recipe as it was written, other than using homemade chicken broth instead of low-sodium, and i wouldn't change anything next time I make it.
