I doubled this recipe, used the food processor, & only used 1 tsp. cinnamon. Next time, I think I'll use almonds, double the vanilla or use almond extract & add more Splenda. GREAT idea, just needs a little tweaking.
Great taste. I added my own personal touch...which mean, I had ground the pecans and as suggested, add more sugar substitute. cannot be compare to cookies but they're great subs. For sure, i'll be doing that recipe when ever the cravings are back. Thanks.
Tastes like plain walnuts in a cookie. BLAND. I'm going to try to make them again and triple the amount of cocoa and sweetener. Otherwise, just bland and not very good. However, dipped in sugar free carb free caramel or marshmallow.....

I found this far too bitter, needs more splenda I think. Good try though.
I wanted to praise the chef for trying, but I would not recommend this recipe. Maybe it was something I did, but it tasted like chocolate eggs.
