South Beach Broccoli Apple Walnut Slaw

"I am on South Beach and made this recipe up. I love it for lunch. My Shoprite sells broccoli slaw in bags in the produce section. Phase 2 recipe."

• Serves: 1-2

ingredients

• 1 -2 cup broccoli coleslaw mix
• 1 apple, chopped
• 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
• 2 -3 tablespoons low-fat blue cheese dressing
• 1 tablespoon of crumbled blue cheese

directions

1. Mix all above ingredients together. Serve immediately.
2. (Sometimes I add cubed chicken breast).
