This is a recipe I am still tweaking. Please feel free to provide feedback.
- 177.44 ml beer (I use Rolling Rock)
- 236.59 ml sourdough starter (I used #67075)
- 4.92 ml salt
- 236.59 ml bread flour
- 236.59 ml whole wheat flour
- 7.39 ml yeast
- Place all ingredients in bread machine in order given.
- Set bread machine to basic white, 1.5 lb loaf, light crust.
