This is a recipe I am still tweaking. Please feel free to provide feedback.
- 3⁄4 cup beer (I use Rolling Rock)
- 1 cup sourdough starter (I used #67075)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup bread flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons yeast
- Place all ingredients in bread machine in order given.
- Set bread machine to basic white, 1.5 lb loaf, light crust.
