I've a thing for the mashiest mashed potatoes, breadiest breads and, of course, the pancakiest pancakes.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. The night before, Mix 2 cups flour and the 2 cups of milk.
  2. Keep in microwave or a cool dark place covered over night.
  3. Next morning add and mix together eggs, baking soda, salt, baking powder,sugar and corn oil.
  4. Let set for 1 hour
  5. Cook on griddle.
