  1. The night before, Mix 2 cups flour and the 2 cups of milk.
  2. Keep in microwave or a cool dark place covered over night.
  3. Next morning add and mix together eggs, baking soda, salt, baking powder,sugar and corn oil.
  4. Let set for 1 hour
  5. Cook on griddle.

An interesting way of making sourdough pancakes, & it definitely works! Not something that can be whipped up at the last minute, but the flavor it nicely satisfying! Topped mine with a light corn syrup (which I do enjoy) while my other half had 'em with some pure maple syrup! Thanks for posting your recipe!
