Night Before
- 118.29 ml sourdough starter
- 354.88 ml flour
- 295.73 ml water

Morning
- 2 eggs
- 14.79 ml sugar
- 1.23 ml salt
- 29.58 ml shortening (or oil)
- 1.23 ml baking soda (more if sourdough is very sour)
directions
- Night Before: Combine the ingredients and set aside.
- Morning: Combine the rest of the ingredients except baking soda and add to the flour mixture. Just before ready to make, add the baking soda.
- Bake on a hot griddle.
