This recipe was easy to follow and made an excellent cake. I have a soft spot for apple crumble and was looking around for something different to do with my sourdough (discard) starter. I am so glad I found this recipe. At first I thought it used a lot of honey, but it turned out to not be too sweet at all (at least for me). I used chopped almonds and walnuts instead of pecan nuts and substituted coconut oil for the vegetable oil. Really tasty dessert and one I will be making more often. Thank you!
