Just something I made up. It's really sour.
- 1 green mango (make sure it's not only green outside, but pretty hard)
- 1 lime
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cold water
- Peel the mango, slice or dice it.
- Squeeze out the juice from the lime into a plate.
- Add salt and water to the lime juice.
- Add mango slices and stir a bit. If you want, put the salad in the refrigerator for a few minutes, but you can just eat it like that.
