I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Mrs. Dash.
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1⁄4 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Mrs. Dash seasoning mix (Original Blend)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
- Combine all ingredients in small bowl; mix well.
- Cover and chill for 2-3 hours or overnight.
- Stir when ready to serve.
