Quick to make. Use equal amounts of mayonaise and sour cream. And as little or as much garlic powder as you like.
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 cup fat free sour cream
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic granules or 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2-3⁄4 teaspoon dried parsley
- Mix everything together and chill.
Made for Pac fall2008. We liked this. Made for the football game yesterday and it was enjoyed by everyone. I like that the ingredients are on hand usually and so are chips. I served some up with baked potatoe skins as well and that went over real well. I did add in some extra garlic as it seemed to need an extra punch but that may be our personal preference. Will keep this handy as it is simple, quick, and readily available. (edited for spelling errors, sigh)
